Owner Loma Moser was born into the roofing industry. Her father built his roofing company from the ground up, beginning in 1961. He and her mother raised nine children together, supported by his home-based business, Warner Evans & Sons Roofing, out of western Ohio.
Ironically, the first 4 children were girls, followed by 4 boys and another girl. Of all 9 children, Loma is the only one to become professionally licensed in the roofing industry.
Working hard like her father, Loma built her own company in Florida beginning in 2006 after graduating from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Psychology. Excelling in a male-dominated industry isn’t easy, but Loma’s gratitude grows with every single client who puts his or her trust in Florida Roof Design. Whether it is a first-time homeowner, or a past million-dollar client like AutoNation or Bank of America, Loma values their trust and works diligently to ensure she exceeds their expectations.
While building Florida Roof Design, Loma has had the privilege of raising her own 3 children. Now in her spare time, she and her husband volunteer at their church and foster numerous Great Danes for “Great Dane Love-a Central Florida Rescue.” (501(c)(3)
Looking back on nearly 2 decades in the business, Loma states, “Aside from a track record of excellence in our work, the greatest things I see we’ve built professionally have been trusting relationships with people.” It is these relationships that form the very backbone of Florida Roof Design’s overall mission:
